@ Director, Global Priorities Project
Sebastian Farquhar lead the Global Priorities Project (GPP) at the Centre for Effective Altruism. GPP is a think tank which develops new approaches for policy progress in high potential areas based on cause prioritisation tools developed by our partners at the University of Oxford. Before establishing GPP, Seb worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co – where he served clients in a variety of public and social sector fields. Prior to that, he was on the founding team of 80,000 Hours – which advises promising young people on the best ways to do good in their careers.
